Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (17:00) Central European Time (CET).
Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 5:00 PM CET on business days (Monday – Friday) will begin processing that same day.
Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 5:00 PM CET or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Handling & Processing Time
Processing Window: 2-4 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Warehouse Schedule: Our team works diligently to pack and hand off your order to the carrier. Once processing is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Transit & Delivery Time
Shipping Duration: 6-8 Business Days.(Monday – Friday).
Total Delivery Estimate: Combined with processing, you can expect your order within 8-12 business days from the date of purchase.
Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery details, please contact us at info@vitasova.store as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to the destination address.
